To book quickly and easily, you can book and pay securely using our online booking form found here. Please note, all bookings will require a payment method attached to confirm.
How can I reschedule my booking?
To reschedule you may do it directly through our mobile app or contacting us. Please make sure any changes are requested 24 hours in advance. Otherwise you may be subject to rescheduling fees per our terms.
How can I do a request for customized booking?
During your booking (via our booking form), you may leave notes in the Special Instructions section. We will then note these instructions for the booking appointment.
How should I prepare for the cleaning?
Depending on the home condition, we suggest to ensure you pick up any important documents out of the way, and ensure there is a way to access your home. That is it! We will advise of any instructions if needed during the service call.
